Myrtle Beach nightlife is second to none. With over 250 Restaurants, 40 Nightclubs, 130 bars you cannot fail to find something to suit every taste.

You will find the world famous names such as Hard Rock Café, Hooters, Tony Roma’s, TGI Fridays and many, many others.

One word of warning – whether you are 21 or 71 you will need to carry some form of I.D. as proof of age. It may sound crazy but this is State Law and all bars are required to ask you for I.D. and are regularly checked. Don’t take offence if you are asked.

Also, Sundays in Myrtle Beach are classed as a very Religious day and you may find it difficult to purchase alcohol in certain bars/restaurants. Purchasing from the 7-11 or shopping mall is not a problem and if you are staying in a hotel with a bar this is also usually OK.
